Responsibilities :
- Protect the Chick-fil-A brand at all times
- Be the thought leader in the business as it pertains to sales and brand growth
- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize performance and drive sales growth
- Design and execute strategies that will impact the growth of sales through increased customer counts, check average, and catering
- Report monthly to other members of the Senior Leadership Team about growth initiatives
- Be intentional about developing relationships in the community
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction
