Glass Territory / Inside Sales Representative located in the Southern Region, NC, SC, GA, FL is a key part of our Sales Team and will act as the primary contact point and account owner for assigned Accounts within the Glass business.
As a trusted advisor, this role will be pivotal in fostering relationships with customers, the sales team, and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Acts as primary contact point and account owner for assigned Key Accounts within the business unit with a focus on total sales revenue and booked margin growth.
- Identifies opportunities to expand and retain Key Accounts and opportunities for product cross-sell.
- Drives customer coverage activities consistently and actively to increase likelihood of renewals : email / phone / video follow-ups, answer questions, direct to appropriate support staff, and offer guidance.
- Engages Estimators for support in quoting customer’s project once qualified, and requirements are determined.
- Facilitates seamless hand-off to Customer Service to execute order.
- Engages qualified Field Sales Rep when opportunities for product cross-sell exist.
- Re-engages customer during expansion and renewal.
- Logs / tracks customer interactions and sales in CRM.

Professional Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in sales / marketing or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience working with large, complex organizations preferred
- Results oriented, ensuring we deliver on existing commitments while also working to continuously deliver an unparalleled customer experience
- Strong written and verbal communications skills to all levels of an organization
- Customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills required
