GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE :

Use your skills, experience, and talents to be part of something BEAUTIFUL ! In this role, you will be a key marketing leader conceptualizing, developing, and implementing strategies, as well as organizational processes, supporting some of the largest enterprise-wide strategic platforms, including Conscious Beauty and Wellness initiatives.

As the Manager, Integrated Marketing , you will have the opportunity to help reimagine and shape how meaningful and disruptive marketing executions are brought to life.

Your efforts will build equity for the brand and key partners through the Conscious Beauty and Wellness platforms.

You are a passionate marketing expert with a deep understanding of cultural and macro trends driving consumer behavior in the beauty industry.

You have a strong grasp of the entire marketing ecosystem, from digital to physical channels, and you know how to tailor messages uniquely across each platform based on audience and campaign objectives.

You are equally comfortable managing both promotional and equity campaigns, covering the full marketing funnel.

In this role, you will partner closely with the Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Consumer Insights, and Corporate Strategy teams to develop strategic, measurable marketing programs focused on driving growth.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for strategic platforms, such as Conscious Beauty and Wellness, throughout the year.
  • Drive collaboration with both internal and external resources to execute plans and campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders (strategy, marketing, consumer insights, merchandising, creative services) to ensure clear and concise execution of marketing strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to articulate Annual Business Plans and establish a measurement framework to define success.
  • Provide marketing thought leadership to evolve and reimagine how the brand goes to market in disruptive and meaningful ways.
  • Maintain knowledge of retail trends, customer needs, internal operations, and the competitive landscape.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • 6+ years of direct marketing to consumer experience.
  • Experience managing 360 marketing campaigns across multiple channels and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership skills including team leadership, thought leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills, with experience in developing creative briefs and project plans.
  • Strong cross-functional and project management experience.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive planning forward.
  • Proficiency in analytics and data-driven business planning.
  • Background in consumer insights and insight-driven business planning.
  • Experience leading creative work and agency partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
  • Passion for business and a constant desire to learn.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS : Normal office environment.
