    ServiceMaster Services in Tacoma is NOW HIRING ! This is your opportunity to join a dynamic family owned commercial cleaning business.

    The South Sound market is quickly growing and we are looking for a top-notch professional to help us grow with it.

    We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join ServiceMaster Services. Lead generation, networking, cold-calling, and presentation delivery will be a few of your other key responsibilities.

    Requirements

    This natural-born sales professional MUST be hard-working, self-motivated, and have a proven sales track-record. The position requires the applicant to be assertive, self-motivated, detail oriented, and organized.

    While our typical hours are Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm, the applicant must be willing and prepared to work occasional nights and / or weekends if called upon.

    Applicant should have excellent communication skills and not be afraid to speak in front of an audience. Must also be comfortable meeting with high-level executives and other members of management from new and existing customers.

    To be considered for this position, you must possess the following skill set :

    • Polished professional appearance and demeanor
    • Basic computer skills including use of the internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Very assertive and confident
    • Extremely organized and dedicated
    • Strong contract negotiation skills
    • Valid Drivers License and Background Check Required

    Compensation : $50,000 Salary + Commission + Car Allowance
