Responsibilities :
- Support and assist in the onboarding process of new suppliers and raw materials.
- Enter and maintain supplier / vendor and manufacturer data in an automated system.
- Server as liaison with all stakeholders to keep key projects running.
- Correspond on routine inquiries with vendors and suppliers at the beginning and throughout the duration of the project.
Requirements :
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and expedite effectively with vendors utilizing effective verbal, written, and analytical skills.
