Location : Greater Palm Springs Area, CA (Hybrid – On-site 1x / week)

Salary : $60,000–$65,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (1st Year OTE : $90,000–$120,000)

Typical Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM flexible 8-hour schedule

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
• Follow up on leads and opportunities
• Work with the creative and marketing teams to develop client campaigns
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to earn additional commissions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals
• Manage account budgets and track campaign performance
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
