Summary / Objective

The Accounting Clerk at Haimer USA supports the Accounting team by performing a variety of tasks including bookkeeping, data entry and assisting with financial reporting.

This position requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality and punctuality.

What you would do :

• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues with customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information in the accounting system.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and disputes.
• Process customer payments and record transactions accurately.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as needed.
• Input daily transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by Accounting Manager.

• Understanding of basic business financials
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM, ERP and Accounting systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Honest, dependable, reliable
• Energetic and self-motivated.
• Attentive to details and well-organized
• Strong desire for customer satisfaction
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
