Staff Accountant

Staffmark is hiring a Staff Accountant to support our partner company's finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in accounting, especially in a manufacturing setting. You'll handle reconciliations, full-cycle AP, assist with AR, and support general financial operations.

Pay : $60,000 / year

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Responsibilities :

• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable; support AR functions
• Assist with month-end close and internal / external audits
• Research sales tax issues and calculate monthly commissions
• Maintain inventory cycle counts and financial records
• Process payments (ACH, wires, checks); reconcile vendor statements
• Review inbound freight invoices and provide general accounting support
