- a. Request and analyze extracts of current HRMS data and sample budget workbooks.
- b. Create a list of business processes related to position control.
- c. Review existing business process documentation.
- d. Conducting follow-up interviews with subject matter experts as needed. 2. Draft findings and recommendations, which will include :
- a. Complete a gap analysis on the current organization structure and the implementation of Position Control
- b. Detailed report on the number of positions that will need to be updated to implement into a Position Control structure
- c. System requirements
- d. Recommendation for successful implementation
- e. Process changes required
