Job description
Duties for our Dental Assistant (DA or RDA) Include :
- Welcome patients in the dental office
- Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
- Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
- Assist the dentist (4-handed dentistry)
- Assist in all areas of General Dentistry including : Orthodontics, Implant Restoration, Sleep Dentistry, Minor Surgical procedures and Temporary Crown Fabrication
- Take x-rays and intraoral photos when needed.
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations
- Walk out / Check out patients when needed.
Skills :
- Cross-trained (Front / Back Office)
- Software : Open Dental, Dexis, Yapi
- Team Oriented
Starting General Practice Compensation : $22 / hour
Part-Time / Full-Time position available and working interview required
