We have partnered with an architectural and engineering design firm in the Midland, TX area to provide them with a Project Architect.

Position is open to Lubbock, TX; Abilene, TX; or Midland, TX
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Project Architect :
1. Must be a registered architect.
2. Must have at least 5yrs of Community based project experience.
3. Must have solid Revit, Bluebeam and Sketchup skills.
3. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years
Responsibilities of the Project Architect :
- The architect's duties will include being an active team member developing projects in their entirety, beginning with programming / conceptual design through the completion of construction administration.
- Specific task will include preparing project construction documents; communicating with and coordinating with consultants, contractors, owners & team members;
documenting code review and compliance; reviewing shop drawings, project submittals, etc. for document compliance.
Requirements of the Project Architect :
- Registered Architect
- 5+ years of experience
- High energy, confident, and goal oriented.
- A passion for creative design.
- Ability to collaborate closely with team members inside and outside the office.
- Proficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketchup.
- Desire to continue developing and grow career and firm.
Other Key Requirements :
- 100% in office role
- Sponsorships or visa holders okay. No Corp-to-Corp.
