This candidate will have demonstrated success in organizing and executing concurrent, complex projects in both an independent and team environment.
Essential Duties : The Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions is responsible for, but not limited to, the following functions : Inquiry cultivationProspect managementEvent planning and executionCoordination of individual student visitsRecruitment fairs and eventsCorporate partnership cultivationApplication reviewTransfer credit evaluationAssisting with admission to enrollment conversion of graduate students for all graduate programs at Siena.
Annual Salary : $60,500.00*The hiring salary above represents the College's good faith estimate at the time of posting in compliance with the Albany County Salary Transparency Law.
Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.3+ years of relevant experienceKnowledge of recruiting practices, use of admissions programs (SLATE, Banner), and basic office toolsExcellent written and oral presentation skills.
Candidates must possess a valid NYS driver's license and insurability at the time of appointment and must maintain such license and insurability throughout the tenure of employment.
