Position Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales to achieve bookings targets and company objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as a point of escalation for client issues and concerns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in sales management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Experience & Skills :
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare IT, with at least 5 years in a hunter sales capacity selling big data
- Proven track record of successfully achieving quota.
- Strong understanding of Epic and their implementation in healthcare settings.
- Excellent relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with strategic sales (analytics experience preferred).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and sales automation tools.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
