Payroll Administrator (Paylocity)
Our mission-driven client seeks an experienced Payroll Administrator to support their team on a short-term contract basis.
This role requires strong attention to detail, a thorough understanding of payroll regulations, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Payroll Administrator (Paylocity) Responsibilities
- Process and finalize multiple payrolls ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Verify payroll data, including salaries, benefits, deductions, and taxes.
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Ad-hoc payroll reporting through Paylocity.
Payroll Administrator (Paylocity) Qualifications
- Proficiency with Paylocity required.
- 2+ years of full-process payroll administration experience preferred.
- Knowledge of current federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Salary : $25-$30 / hr. (DOE)
