The Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that contracts are maintained, and that key performance indicators (KPIs) are recorded and reported.

Program Coordinators may be expected to work with the client and Andrews Cooper project leaders to produce reports to document the project budget, deliverables, risks, and issues.

They will also assist in the onboarding and offboarding of employees to various clients. This role requires effective communication skills to liaise between projects, clients, teams, and locations.

The Program Coordinator may also be asked to review and / or create documentation such as contracts and change authorizations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge about technical environments or a technical background.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong experience with formatting technical documents and spreadsheets.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Up to 50% of travel may be required between client locations in the greater Seattle area.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Background checks are required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Working with larger clients on Vendor Manage Service (VMS) tools.
  • Previously worked in hardware or software engineering environments.
  • Experienced in Project Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Produce reports to show project status.
  • Assist in the onboarding of employees to various clients.
  • Effective communication between multiple clients, teams, and locations.
  • Monitor and report project KPIs and metrics to management.
  • Manage client and company intellectual property, including the execution of NDAs with vendors and sub-contractors.
  • Work closely with Program Directors and Engineering Managers to ensure all AC services are being delivered to the highest standard.

Base Salary : $68,000.00 $100,000.00
