Gpac has partnered with a mid-size Agriculture company who has an opening for an Operations Manager in Northern Montana .
This position would lead the day-to-day operations of the grain elevator staff and maintain equipment while focusing on safety, equipment reliability, and operational objectives.
Operations Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Oversee staffing, training, and lead crew to execute short and long-term results
- Truck and rail train loading & unloading logistics and machine run-time
- Ensure continuous operation of elevator and pulse crop operations
Operations Manager Qualifications :
- 2+ years previous supervisory experience a plus
- 2+ years grain experience
- Good verbal communication and coaching skills
- Ability to work shift schedules, evenings, and weekends occasionally
- Six Sigma certification preferred
- Preferred degrees in Operations, Machining, or Ag Engineering
