Brand Administrative Specialist
General Summary & Scope
- Log and organize brand submissions and samples, documenting feedback from category teams.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating brand meetings.
- Ensure SKU accuracy based on Merchant’s discretion, including requests for shelf tags and description changes.
- Initiate promotional offers in Promo Advisor, inputting SKUs and finalizing with the pricing team.
- Execute marketing sign requests and proofing while maintaining organized product samples and digital assets.
- Support the planogram process by submitting pricing requests and executing exit strategies.
- Prepare store memos and communication requests while responding to help desk tickets with solutions.
- Provide administrative support for brand contact maintenance and vendor meetings as required.
