This position must be located in Overland Park, KS; Frisco, TX; or Bellevue, WA. This is not a remote role — this is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee communications and project management for projects within T-Studios in-house creative & production department, including partner communication, planning / resourcing of projects, creative development, tracking reviews & approvals and delivery / execution of projects.
• Build and maintain positive partner relationships with collaboration, negotiation, and open lines of communication.
• Manage and guide process improvements to the studio management process.
• Other duties / projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Pay Range : $74,100 - $133,700

Corporate Bonus Target : 15%
