Unite Private Networks (UPN) is searching for a dynamic and experienced Contract and Legal Specialist II to p rovide business and legal support to Segra's Enterprise Sales, Carrier Sales, and Operations teams with a focus on all types of contractual and other documents related to sales, vendor, and certain real property matters.
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business transactions and / or contracts.
- Bachelor's degree or related years of experience (4+ years)
Preferred Qualifications :
- JD or MBA is preferred
- Superior writing and oral communications skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills with high levels of competency in all Microsoft applications and Adobe Professional; excellent Internet skills;
ability to learn and be proficient in company-specific computer systems
- A strong sense of urgency; ability to prioritize and manage deadlines while juggling multiple customers and projects
- Efficiently gather information, problem solve, plan and organize
- Devise logical approaches and make suggestions to address complex issues
- Recognize and treat with discretion confidential materials and documents
- Ability to work independently along with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with business colleagues
- Sound judgment
