Director of Human Resources and Operations
The Director of Human Resources and Operations is responsible for managing all human resource practices, policies, and programs, supervising the church’s operational functions (facilities, finance and administration, and communications), and providing leadership and direction to all directors regarding HR matters.

This position provides day-to-day oversight and direction to the finance, facilities, and communications department employees and leaders.
They will support the co-senior pastors with the daily operations of church business, promoting the ministry’s mission, vision, and culture in all aspects of the role.
