Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our client located in Franklin, TN is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a dynamic team in the publishing renewable energy industry.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is a permanent opportunity with a fully onsite schedule, with hybrid flexibility 2 days a week after training is completed.

Responsibilities :

• Daily billing of assigned customer transactions.
• Daily collections of assigned customer invoicing.
• Daily creating & processing of Credits / Rebills.
• Daily application of payments & credits.
• Daily creation, sending, and working from aging reports.
• Month end account reconciliation.
• Back up for other staff.
• Attend staff meetings prepared to answer customer account questions.
• Have detailed knowledge of all open transactions on own account.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years AR experience
• Prior logistics experience ideal
• Oracle experience preferred
• Intermediate / Advanced Excel
• Able to reconcile convoluted customer accounts
