Enrollment Services, Student Worker / Ambassador
Reports to the CRM Manager / Data Analyst
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Entering applications.
- Entering Inquiry card information.
- Verifying applicant’s status on documents received.
- Updating applicant information.
- Answering telephone, text and email inquiries and questions.
- Help with enrollment events such as Open House and University Experience
- Miscellaneous clerical duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Specifications :
Education : High school diploma or GED. Must be currently enrolled at La Sierra University.
Experience : PC and Microsoft Office operation knowledge.
Skills :
- Ability to type 40+WPM and with high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Must be self-motivated and organized.
- Must be detailed and neat in work.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
- Good communication skills.
Physical / Mental Demands : Regular office work environment. Physical labor is minimal. Mental alertness and consideration while handling of confidential information of students.
Bending and standing while filing.
Wage Range : 16.00 - 16.90 / hr
