The Enrollment Services Team is seeking friendly people to be the voice of La Sierra University.
Job Period : Fall Quarter; Quarterly Basis
Job Description :
Phone and receptionist duties for Enrollment Services Department include but are not limited to :
- Campus Operator for the University;
- Provide directions, assistance, and information to people visiting the University by phone or in person;
- Greet guests to Enrollment Services Department and the main entrance of Administration Building;
- View and update staff calendars as needed;
- Assist with any administrative duties for Enrollment Services and or VP of Strategic Engagement, Enrollment & Marketing
- Process Criminal Justice information cards;
- Sort returned mail;
- Assist with University Experience and Enrollment Services Events;
- Train student workers if needed;
- Other duties as assigned.
Must be able to work one of the shifts during the following hours :
Monday to Thursday : 8am to 4 : 30pm
Friday : 8am to 12pm
Wage Range : $16.00 to $16.90 per hour
