Overview

Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking an Intellectual Property Paralegal to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their office in NYC . Job Details

• Assist with all phases of litigation, from investigation to trial
• Prepare legal documents and deposition materials
• Create case chronologies, including evidence and exhibits
• Travel with legal team to provide support at trial
• Manage confidential client information related to patents and intellectual property
• Perform extensive legal and factual research
• Oversee and execute post-trial procedures
• Salary : $85-115k annually, based on experience
