Are you seeking an entry-level opportunity to grow your skills and make a difference in a dynamic production environment?
We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Maintenance Associates!
We offer :

- Position : Maintenance Technician!
- Location : Phoenix, AZ
- Shift : 2 : 30 pm - 11 pm

Responsibilities :
- Help install and maintain production machinery to keep things running smoothly.
- Be part of the team that handles emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance.

- Use your mechanical skills to troubleshoot basic issues in machines.
- Read and understand equipment manuals and work orders to carry out maintenance tasks.
- Help diagnose problems, replace parts, and adjust machinery to ensure efficiency.
- Work on retrofits, machine assembly, and basic electric motor tasks.
- Support operators and coworkers in learning basic maintenance techniques.
- Maintain effective communication and partnerships with team members and vendors.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of pumps, pneumatics, gearboxes, and other mechanical systems.
- Ability to frequently lift, move, bend, walk, stand, kneel, stoop, and crouch in a production environment.
- Flexibility to work across multiple shifts as required.
- Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic.
- Must be physically able to lift and work with no restrictions; ability to lift 50 pounds at
times
Qualifications :
- Must be able to train on 1st shift and move to 2nd once trained
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, with demonstrated proficiency
in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
