Human Resource Manager - Mountain City, TN
Location : 3916 US-421, Mountain City, TN 37683
Shift : 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday

Position Purpose : This role focuses on aligning people strategies with business objectives, fostering a strong culture, and enhancing leadership capabilities within the plant.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic HR Leadership : Collaborate with department heads to identify people gaps and develop HR initiatives for staffing, retention, and performance management.
- HR Compliance : Manage employee records, ensure legal compliance, and stay updated on FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, and employment laws.
- Talent Acquisition : Oversee the selection process, including interviews, onboarding, and pre-employment procedures.
- Payroll & Reporting : Review and submit weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Safety & Training : Conduct monthly safety training sessions and ensure adherence to safety policies across the plant.
- Employee Relations : Address employee concerns and complaints, providing effective resolutions in a timely manner.
- HR Systems : Utilize ADP Vantage suite and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Experience in HR management, particularly in manufacturing or similar environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
