We are currently hiring for a Lead Installer for our Acrylic Shower and Bath systems.

As Lead Installer, you will lead your installation team to successfully and efficiently install our products. We supply the jobsite materials, tools, and Boxtruck, you supply the skill and leadership to get the job done!

Key Role Responsibilities :

• Morning start-up : Arrive at warehouse, review staged job for that day's scheduled installation
• Review state of your Boxtruck, making sure it is stocked up with the supplies needed to ensure a successful installation
• Lead your installation team to complete you installation
• Support the other installation teams in the field by phone / text / in person as needed when they need your help
• Provide status updates to Operations on the day's installation
• Provide on-the-job training to team members
• Makes team member recommendations for advancement / additional training / deselection to upper management

Requirements for this role :

• Strong Plumbing Experience!
• Plumbing License is preferred, but not required
• Strong Leadership Experience : This role is only for applicants who have demonstrated a strong capacity to lead in their previous work history.
• At least 3 years of experience in the construction / home improvement industry
• At least 1 year of experience installing Acrylic Shower and Bath Systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong work ethic with a Team Player mentality
• Can-do attitude
• Problem Solver
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail!
