Human Resources Intern

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a HR Intern in our Tualatin (Portland), Oregon location for the Fall Semester 2024 .

This intern will have the opportunity to gain exposure to Human Resources world with real-life initiatives, projects and resume boosting experience within a Fortune 500 company.

What do you get to do in this "HR Intern" position?

• Partner with Global Supply Chain (GSC) HR Leadership for North America (NAM)
• Get exposure to the end-to-end HR generalist role, work with cutting edge HR technology while building an understanding of leading Industry Practices within the HR field
• Drive Strategic HR Projects and Operations, including :
• Onboarding Program Development & Standardization for Hourly / Shop Floor Employees
• New Hire Employee Experience
• Exposure to Employee Relations, guiding through new programs and policies
