We are currently in search of, compassionate, energetic, team oriented, and self-motivated individuals to take on Treatment Counselor positions on a per diem capacity. We participate in a Trauma Informed Integrated Care approach in order to create best possible outcomes for our youth.

About Us :

McKinley is a non-profit organization serving our communities with education, social services, and counseling. We offer educational services in our non-public school where we work with local school districts to educate students with learning disabilities. A typical day includes :

• Promoting and assisting youth with self-help skills in the areas of nutrition, hygiene, and problem solving.
• Willing to work a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Modeling and supporting positive youth development and positive behavioral self-management through praise, mentoring, and attention.
• Facilitating psychoeducational groups on campus and out in the community.
