We are seeking a Human Resource Associate for the HR Triage Team with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a resourceful mindset.
The ideal candidate will join our team post-launch of new systems, so they must have excellent interpersonal skills to integrate smoothly and learn as we progress.
While a background in HR is not required, an understanding of data organization, process management, and HR procedures will be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the HR department in executing various programs and procedures for all company employees.
- Review, process, and triage inbound communications (standard mail, email, voicemail, and service requests) to appropriate teams, ensuring service level agreements are met within the case management system.
- Monitor queues to ensure continuous and balanced workflows, considering team availability and work complexity.
- Record and update the case management system with call / transaction-specific information and supporting documentation, ensuring thorough and accurate entries.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to high volumes of incoming calls, cases, and communications from employees and HR partners.
Address questions and concerns within the scope of responsibility.
- Offer administrative support for Corporate Human Resources Departments, including preparing reports and correspondence as directed.
- Manage time effectively to ensure the HR Shared Services Center meets required service level agreements and maintains high customer satisfaction scores.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Basic understanding of computers and data systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new processes.
