Job Summary : We are seeking adedicated and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellentcustomer service handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuringcustomer satisfaction.
This role requires strong communicationskills a customeroriented approach and the ability to workefficiently in a fastpaced environment.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professionalmanner.
- Answer customer inquiries via phoneemail and inperson.
- Resolve customercomplaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide detailed information about products andservices.
- Maintain customer records and updateinformation as needed.
- Collaborate with otherdepartments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Assist in training new staff members on customer serviceprotocols.
- Monitor customer feedback andsuggest improvements to enhance service quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additionaleducation or training in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities andattention to detail.
- Proficiency in usingcustomer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
