The Role As a Program Manager within our Commercial business, you are the operational engine behind Palantir's forward deployed engineering teams.
You partner with Forward Deployed Engineers, Deployment Strategists, & others to optimize our product implementation processes for customers.
You own the operational success of the team from end to end by aligning strategy with execution, building constructive client relationships, spotting risks that others have missed, & bridging gaps to ensure engineers can operate effectively.
Your creative approach to problem solving centers around frameworks that enable rapid iteration while operating in harmony with the team's vision & the end users' needs.
This position requires a combination of project & team management, process optimization, customer relationship management, & execution skills.
You are a person who loves identifying & fixing problems, & embraces the opportunity that an obstacle presents.
