The Manager, Sales Learning & Development is responsible for enabling and supporting efficient day-to-day center operations of a multi- physician cosmetic surgery practice.
You will partner with our Field Leadership Team to ensure new and existing PCC team members are equipped to provide a great patient experience and achieve all sales goals and KPI success metrics.
You will need a passion for training and planning, experience as a Sono Bello PCC, as well as strong communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES :
- Designing and implementing high quality onboarding programs for all new PCCs
- Building and executing against a roadmap to continuously improve Sono Bello PCC training
- Creating and managing the PCC Mentor program, a network of in-center PCCs trained to support new PCC training Includes vetting mentor nominees, training mentors to train, tracking and scheduling mentor training, processing training bonuses and monitoring mentors for good standing.
- Working with Director of Leadership Training to design and implement a PCC continuing education program to address existing team member skills gaps, and the development of high potential PCCs / Mentors
- Ensuring launched company initiatives are incorporated into training materials to reinforce changes / new processes & tools.
- Participating in Field Leadership Team talent management reviews
- Participating in the interview process for key center lead roles, as needed
- Travel Required up to 50%
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
- More than one year in a Sono Bello PCC role
- High School Diploma, GED or higher
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods including mentoring, coaching, e-learning, workshops, and micro boost learnings.
- Ability to analyze data in order to influence results / KPI performance.

COMPENSATION :
At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. We offer competitive pay, generous monthly bonuses, and excellent training.
Compensation package includes : $130k base salary, plus $20k + bonus. Total compensation ranges between $130k-$150k+, based on KPI / goal achievement.
