Job Summary
The Enterprise Process Improvement Manager plays a vital role in optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of the institution's programs and operations.
This position is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing continuous process improvement strategies and initiatives that directly contribute to the institution's operational efficiencies that enable proactive and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
Identify and implement continuous process improvement with all University stakeholders for enhanced operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional departmental teams to analyze current processes, workflows, and operational challenges to establish effective controls and action plans.
- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and regular process reviews
- Develop and implement comprehensive process improvement strategies that integrate process improvement management into all aspects of the institution's activities and decision-making processes in alignment with the University's strategic vision, goals, and objectives.
- Lead process improvement initiatives from conception to execution, including designing new workflows, creating processes and documentation, and implementing changes and automation
- Assist with fostering a culture of continuous improvement by promoting awareness, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement in process enhancement efforts
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members about new processes, tools, and methodologies
- Establish key performance indicators (KPls) and metrics to measure the success and impact of process enhancements.
- Collaborates with the Director of Project Management and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment between risk management and compliance efforts to drive risk-based decisions and actions across the University.
- Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
3+ years in Process Improvement Management, Operations, Compliance, or related field (years of experience in a middle or senior-level position will be considered)
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Proposed Salary
Salary range is from $50,769 to $65,000
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Proven experience (1-2years) in process improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence roles or related field
Strong familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead and oversee cross functional teams
Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and oral) to collaborate with all stakeholders and present complex ideas concisely
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position process mapping, data visualization, and relevant software tools
Planning, organization, and management skills
