Outlets at Castle Rock in CO is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Tech to keep our center in good repair. Do you have experience with hand tools?

The Outlets at Castle Rock provides a pay rage of $23-26 per hour, excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and PTO.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Operations Manager in performing handyman duties,
- Maintain the center to guarantee a safe, well-maintained facility for our customers, tenants, and employees.
- Provide minor landscaping and paver repairs when necessary.
- Ensure snow is removed for a safer guest experience.
- Maintain all equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and vehicles to keep everything in good working order.
- Perform minor plumbing, roof, parking lot, and lighting repairs in a commercial setting.
- Assist the grounds staff as needed in accordance with local, federal, state, and company standards.
- Have a working knowledge of all outlet center emergency procedures.
- Other special assignments as given by the Operations Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE TECH
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- General knowledge and capability with hand tools, fork / scissor / boom lifts, plumbing, painting, and electrical.
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
