Your Responsibilities as an Estimator Assistant / Job Processor

You’ll be a key component of our team overseeing the timeliness of each phase of a job to provide the best restoration services to our customers.

As you grow in experience, here are some of the things you will do :

  • Monitor the service schedules to ensure all jobs are delivered to meet customer requirement
  • You will be directly involved in following the job life cycle to ensure our service level agreements are met and tasks are being completed timely.
  • Run reports to measure upcoming deadlines for job tasks to assist estimators / project managers
  • Utilizing industry software to edit non-salvage item lists as well as editing the photo inventory list of customers personal belongings that are restorable.
  • Edit or finalize estimates and send to insurance adjusters for payment
  • Manager warranty situations by scheduling restorative services, finding a replacement item or researching the replacement value
  • Answering phones in a back-up capacity
  • Helping with the after hours on call schedule by taking emergency calls and dispatching the on-call crew
  • Assist the contents division estimator with communications, deadlines, and job tasks
  • Stay in contact with our customers and maintain a tentative schedule to return each customers' personal property
  • Communicate with customers throughout restoration process

Must be positive and a good team player

Must be available to work after hours, and on rotation for emergency calls.

Proficient or Expert at MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word

Office management experience

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.50 per hour with on-call bonuses and overtime available.
