No matter where you live and work, you’re a part of the team!The Director of Finance Role : We are looking for a dynamic ACA, CIMA, or ACCA-qualified finance leader for the pivotal role of Director of Finance, who can shape and drive financial strategy while providing strong leadership and operational excellence.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of financial accounting, operational finance, and reporting across all UK legal entities, playing a critical part of our continued success.

This is a permanent, hybrid role and you must be prepared and willing to be in office 3 days per week in Farnborough with monthly travel to Bristol and Derby and infrequent international travel to Europe and USA.

• Continuous Improvement : Drive efficiency through system and process improvements, staying ahead of trends in a dynamic market.
• Cross-Functional Partnership : Collaborate closely with the EMEA Leadership Team and provide crucial insights to the VP of Finance EMEA and the US finance team.
