Key Responsibilities : Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the implementation teamPrepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes to facilitate smooth operationsProvide general administrative support, including data entry and managing documentsRequired Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of healthcare experience as an Administrative AssistantProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and OutlookFamiliarity with healthcare systems and medical terminology is preferredExperience with Salesforce, Confluence, SharePoint, and Asana is a plus
