Summary :
- You will lead with operational excellence to create indelible brand experiences for executive and customer meetings, off-sites, employee engagement and nonprofit fundraisers to name a few.
- The Events Manager designs and produces events that bring together executives, partners, customers and employee. Our events vary from in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences.
- Success in this role requires agility, clear and compelling communications, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Required :
- End to end world class coordination of events including executive receptions, non-profit fundraisers, customer events, executive meetings, and virtual.
- Manage multiple, complex events and activities daily in a collaborative and extremely fast paced environment
- Ability to be strategic consultative with clients looking to host events at HQ and possess strong public speaking skills.
- 8+ years experience managing high volume, high-velocity events for trade shows, corporate meetings or start-up environments.
- Possess strong customer service experience; candidates with a solid events background and are highly personable and service-focused.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and problem solver who loves to come up with innovative solutions with a willingness to take risks, iterate and learn.
- Significant agency, partner, and vendor leadership experience.
- Experience successfully managing third-party vendors, contractors, and budgets.
- Ability to manage multi projects at a given time with w / a high level of expertise and skill
- Thrives on teamwork, overcome obstacles, and remain calm and professional under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills, with the ability to proactively address client's needs
