Quality Supervisor - Warehousing

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to join our warehousing team. The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, managing change requests, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities :

Manage Change Request Portal :

o Respond to all change requests within 24 hours.

o Complete all external change requests within 24 hours and internal requests within 48 hours.

o Follow up on outstanding training items not returned within 48 hours.

o Escalate issues to the Quality Manager after 48 hours and to the Site Support Leader & Site Leader after an additional 24 hours.

Manage CAR Portal :

o Respond to all CARs within 4 hours.

o Initiate an A3 within 24 hours.

o Facilitate A3 with operations leading, involving Quality Admin, Quality Supervisor, Quality Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, Operations SME, CI Engineer, and Safety Manager (if needed).

Manage Occurrences in the Accountability Program :

o Check occurrences daily and perform disciplinary actions as per policy.

o Send weekly updates on occurrences every Thursday to the Quality Manager and Site Support Leader.

Manage Process Audit Schedule :

o Create and maintain a process audit schedule for all existing processes.

o Ensure all audits are completed on time.

o Escalate issues to the Quality Manager after 1 week and to the Site Support Leader & Site Leader after an additional week.

Manage Customer Mispick Logs :

o Check mispick logs daily for updates.

o Report mispick metrics to the Quality Manager every Monday for the previous week.

Review Quality in Orientation :

o Present quality metrics, ISO standards, and company policies during orientation sessions.

Miscellaneous Activities :

o Perform other duties as needed to support the quality assurance processes.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance or a supervisory role in a warehousing environment.
  • Good understanding of quality management systems and ISO standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
  • MISC activities as needed
