Job Title : Order Fulfillment Coordinator II / Factory Flash Coordinator

Client : Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company

Duration : 1 year with possible extension

Location : Dubuque, IA, 52001

Shift : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Description :

Order Fulfillment Coordinator II

Major Purpose :

Serves as a link between channel partners and the Company to communicate and resolve medium-complexity issues surrounding complete goods or Service Parts orders, product configuration, availability, and shipments.

Major Duties :

• Produce, update, and support Microsoft documents, databases, and departmental systems.
• Design monthly schedule and assign work to ensure high-priority tasks are completed.
• Use data management systems to access specific information.
• Perform supply chain management activities using established procedures.
• Provide support to internal clients and manage communications using internal systems.
• Operate complex equipment to ensure quality and productivity.
• Generate solutions to inefficiencies.

Position Title

Factory Flash Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

Order Management :

Monitor back orders, flash, past due orders, and low DOS. Update SPERT report and manage flash orders.

Reporting and Synchronization :

Manage sync reports and oversee Receipt Action Key reports for all factories. Monitor automated de-expedite reports.

Follow-up and Issue Resolution :

Follow up on issue resolutions, monitor VD to FD flash transfers, and resolve shipping errors.

Additional Tasks :

Support vendor direct tasks as directed by the POF manager.

Qualifications :

• Preferably a 4-year degree in Business or related field.
• Experience in supply management or related capacity.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
