their financialcontroller . This position is responsible for allfinancial
reporting matters under USA GAAP and formaintaining strong internal
controls. This position isresponsible for financial reporting to theRegional
Headquarters.
Responsibilities :
Superviseall aspects or Puerto Ricos financial statementsclosing
process
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams closing activities and
ensure alldeadlines are met.
- Quarterly financialreporting deliverables variance analysis and support theconsolidated financial statementspreparation
- Manage internal and externalaudits / coordinate auditprocess
- Certify quarterly reportsare accurate and in accordance with US GAAP
- Regulatoryreporting
- Provide accounting teams with USAGAAP Guidance
- Work with cross functional teamsfor revision of contracts and evaluate key accountingimplication
Requirements :
- Bachelordegree in accounting
- CPAlicense
- Five plus years of experience inAccounting / Financeleadership
role
- Strong USA GAAPstatutory and regulatory knowledge
- Supervisoryexperience
- Fullybilingual
- Advanced in Microsoft office and / Excel skills
- Experience with ERPsystems
