Job Summary :
Under the direction of the Director of Cardlock, this position will be responsible for the maintenance of the Cardlock facilities by keeping them clean and in good working order.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Cleans and maintains Cardlock sites.
- Repairs any fueling site issues.
- Collects daily readings at sites.
- Performs inventory reconciliation of fuel tanks.
- Meets with vendors to perform monthly / annual inspections.
- Drives and maintains cleanliness of company vehicle.
- Cleans restrooms and Carlock sites.
- Mows and weeds Carlock sites, where needed.
- Maintains paperwork at Cardlock sites.
- Cleans any fuel alarms at Cardlock sites.
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Ability to use iPad.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and quickly manage changing priorities.
- Attention to detail.
Education & Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5-years maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of fueling pumps preferred.
Physical Requirements :
- Operates motor vehicle during the workday.
- Operates mower and weeding equipment.
- Able to constantly bend, reach overhead to operate maintenance equipment and clean sites.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
