Corporate Recruiter Location : Fort Worth, TX *onsite* Serenity Healthcare, a groundbreaking healthcare technology company, is seeking passionate and dedicated recruiters to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities Identifying qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies Delivering a superb candidate experience that begins with the initial phone call all the way through delivering and closing the offer.

Collaborate with hiring the managers to identify future hiring needs. Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, and follow up) to facilitate the hire of qualified candidates.

Required to consistently hit weekly metric goals of phone screens, interviews, and placements. Sourcing candidates using multiple platforms.

Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 6 months of recruiting experience (not required, but highly preferred).

Should be proficient in computer applications like Microsoft products, social media tools, and with CRM / applicant tracking systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
