We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team of experienced construction professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex construction projects.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources
- Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a commercial Project Manager in the construction industry
- Experience managing large projects ranging from $25-75M
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
