What it's like to be a Licensed Clinician at OWEN HEALTH CARE INC.
Our licensed clinicians provide in person or telehealth assessment services to youths in their homes or an amenable community location.
Clinicians create a plan of care and follow up counseling services in our Intensive In-Community program (IIC) and our Intensive In-Home Clinical program (IIH) through the NJ Children's System of Care (CSOC) and adults in our Mental Health / Substance Abuse Clinic.
Our successful clinicians conduct assessments, create treatment plans / therapeutic interventions, and conduct youth and family counseling sessions.
You are also responsible for maintaining documentation in Cyber system and providing support for psycho-education to youths and their family.

Does this sound like you?
To thrive as a Licensed Clinician at Owen Health Care Inc. , candidates should possess a Master's Degree from an accredited school or a counseling degree from an accredited school.
You are required to have an active New Jersey license (LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC), LSW certification is strongly preferred .
Licensed Clincians with Owen Health Care Inc . will demonstrate proficiency in software tools such as Excel, Word, NJSAMS, and EHR navigation, enabling effective documentation and data management.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, coupled with strong organizational and time management abilities, are crucial for maintaining comprehensive client records and developing treatment plans.
The ideal candidate will also exhibit autonomy, assertiveness, flexibility, and a cooperative spirit while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Your ability to promote excellent client relations and adapt to evolving demands will be pivotal in delivering high-quality care and ensuring client satisfaction.
