Client job description
Looking for Operation Manager with Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills. Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, and to respond to urgent issues when they arise . This will be on-site Position managing teams on the ground.
Required Skills -
1. Operations Management / Site Supervision
2. Computer Usage Knowledge - Google Sheets, MS - Excel
3, Any Degree / equivalent certification or experience in HR or Operations or Project Management
Job Duties -
1. Supervise and Manage multiple Work Sites where the Teams are stationed working for Client.
2. Engage with Client Stakeholders related to day- to day operations and tasks assigned to the Team .
3. Maintain and Monitor the standard operating procedures defined to the Teams .
4. Track and Report all Project defined Metrics & SLA to key stakeholders.
5. New resource onboarding to the Team with required Trainings as per the guidelines provided.
6. Resolve / Escalate issues or concerns related to People, Process & Performance.
Job Requirements -
1. 1-3 Years of Experience in the role of Operations Lead / Manager or as Site Supervisor / Manager
2. Should be ready to travel across multiple works site in Dallas on defined frequency
3. Demonstrated success with process accountability and multi-tasking
4.Ability to handle confidential information
5.Strong Communication, training, developing and people skills
6.Able to manage escalation from clients and resolve issues between team members
Desired Skills & Experience -
1. Experience working in as Supervisor or Manager in Retail Stores.
