About the Company and Accounts Receivable Specialist Opportunity :
CFS is partnering with a new client to hire a part time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team and work from their Baltimore, MD office on a contractual basis.
This position will ideally begin within a week or less for the selected candidate after an interview
- Schedule : Tuesday-Friday 8am-4pm, 30-35 hours per week. Can be somewhat flexible if needed 100% on site in the Baltimore area. Free parking!
- Pay : $30-31 / hour depending on experience
Job Duties for the Accounts Receivable Specialist :
- Process a high volume of AR transactions and apply cash and payments
- Collaborate with warehouse staff on invoicing when needed
- Assist with collection efforts
- Project / admin work as needed
Ideal Candidate for the Accounts Receivable Specialist Role :
- Must be able to process a high volume of work in a very fast paced environment
- Detail oriented, self motivated, and excellent communication skills
- Possesses multitasking abilities, excellent problem solving and decision making skill
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to take on a challenge
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist :
- 2+ years of AR / collections experience required
- Proficient Excel skills
- Experience using Great Plains a plus but not required
