Job Overview : The Supervisor, Talent Acquisition is a working leader responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition coordinators and Tribal Operations Talent Acquisition partners.

This position is also responsible for their own slate of open positions and projects. This position is responsible for ensuring effective processes, positive candidate and hiring manager experience that align to Talent Acquisition recruiting and onboarding strategies.

Pivotal focus on requisition prioritization including cyclical high-volume staffing and critical hiring needs to meet enterprise demands.

This position collaborates closely with professional recruiting, program management, the Gaming Enterprise Talent Acquisition team and processes related to the SMSC Gaming Commission.

Job Requirements :

Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectation of this job :

• Bachelors degree in related field and 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting or HR operations experience / sourcing experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years recruiting exempt and / or supervisory / management level positions.
• 1+ year of direct or indirect people leadership experience (including proving work direction, coaching, mentoring and development).
• Strong customer service focus, continuous improvement mindset and experience leading process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition ATS platforms, UKG experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in bringing TA best practices to improve sourcing and hiring results.
• Proven communication, interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
• Highest level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
