Summary : Under the direction of the Director, Facility Management, formulates the strategies to promote significant projects.
Estimates the costs, resources, and time required to complete the assigned phase of a project and monitors activities, allocates resources, and assigns tasks to ensure these targets are met.
Works on a variety of facility projects that may include, but are not limited to, structural assessments, property condition assessments, building enclosure assessments, pavement and infrastructure assessments, and other necessary studies.
Education : BS degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Seven to ten years of experience in a construction management role, working with various projects with multi-site locations.
Experience : Proven working experience in construction management with related healthcare projects. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards. Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
Familiarity with construction management software packages, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to plan and see the "big picture.
Excellent time and project management skills.
